IMPORTANT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY UPDATE 

Hi there valued customer

Due to ever increasing costs of everything involved in Glam Food, particularly ingredients, packaging and courier fees, I am unfortunately unable to absorb the free shipping option for orders over $100 any more. The shipping charges will also be slightly increasing with a rural charge if applicable, and a small charge has been added for local deliveries (see rates below). A suggestion for rural customers: its a good idea if you can get your parcels delivered to a town address to avoid the extra charge.

Since January I have been running on barely break even hoping that things will improve, but it's not looking like that's going to happen for a while. I have had a reality check meeting with my accountant, and with my very small margins it's reached unsustainable.

At the moment my product prices will remain the same and I will still be offering the 2 jar deals, online and at events.

So sincere apologies on this as I know a lot of my regulars will be upset and use the free ship option frequently. Believe me that this is not something I want to do but absolutely have too if I want to continue to operate as a business.

Please note we usually send New Zealand orders Mon-Wed weekly

Expect your parcel of Glam to arrive next day to three working days after we wrap it up and send it to you. If you are out in the country or a bit remote it might take an extra day or so. 




For customer orders containing chilled spreads: These are sent in our super sturdy chilltainer boxes and items must be popped in fridge on receipt. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE

If your delivery address is in Kapiti (Paekakariki, Raumati, Paraparaumu or Waikanae) you will be charged $3 at the checkout. These suburbs are hand delivery, expect your order usually within 1-2 days. You will get a notification on delivery.
