Lemon Butter Curd

Glam Food's Lemon Butter Curd - bold and tangy, creamy and smooth. This one is super simple - lots of hand squeezed lemon juice, free range eggs, quality butter, lemons and a little natural sweetener.

This is our lowest carb and sugar product, coming in at an impressive 1.2g per 100g. Nice protein punch and good fats too. This curd is great as a spread but also very user friendly with yoghurt or whipped cream as an instant treat or with Keto baking and desserts. 

STORAGE: Keep chilled at or below 5°C. Use within 2 weeks of opening. May be portioned and kept as frozen for 1 year.
